+ How do I sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards?
A. Follow these steps to sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards:

- Visit Xbox.com and connect your Xbox 360 to Xbox LIVE.
- Come back to the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and enrol by clicking the "Join Xbox LIVE Rewards" button. You will need a Microsoft account to participate. Please use the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE Gamertag. If you do not already have a Microsoft account, you can create one for free.

It will take up to 96 hours to confirm your eligibility and set up your Xbox LIVE Rewards account. We'll send you an email letting you know when you can get started.
+ What Rewards are available to members and how do I know which ones I am eligible for?

+ How do I earn Bonus Rewards?

+ Can I earn points for transactions taken prior to signing up for Xbox LIVE Rewards?
A. You can only earn Rewards Points once you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards member. Once you're a member, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like renewing your Gold membership, subscribing to and using Netflix, and giving us feedback through monthly surveys. + I'm an Xbox LIVE Free member, why can't I earn as many Rewards Points as an Xbox LIVE Gold member?
A. Some Rewards do require an Xbox LIVE Gold membership. However, all members can still earn Rewards Points for taking surveys and enjoying our exclusive promotions. + My Xbox LIVE Rewards account says that I'm a Free member, but I don't think I am. What should I do?
A. Xbox LIVE Rewards recognizes Free, Trial and some promotion Gold accounts as technically being "free." The only way for members to attain Gold status and its benefits would be to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription.
+ When will Xbox LIVE Rewards end?
A. Currently, Xbox LIVE Rewards and all of its associated Programmes (such as Refer-a-Friend and MyAchievements) are expected to run for the foreseeable future. However, the Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme, at its discretion, at any time in accordance with Section G of the Xbox LIVE Rewards Terms and Conditions. In the event that the Programme is canceled or suspended, the Sponsor will give a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Account

+ How do I update my Gamertag, Avatar, and Xbox LIVE Rewards account information?
A. To update account information, simply follow the links and instructions provided under the My Account section of Xbox.com. Xbox LIVE Rewards uses your existing Xbox LIVE account information, so you don't need to update in two places. Because changes in profile information can take up to two weeks to register, please continue to participate while our systems are updating.
+ How do I update the Microsoft account associated with my Gamertag?
A. In order to change your Microsoft account, please click here. Then, follow the instructions listed under the "Switch your Gamertag to a different Microsoft account" section. Please make sure that the Microsoft account associated with your Gamertag is current to ensure you receive your Xbox LIVE Rewards email offers and updates. To see which email address we have on file for you, go to http://billing.microsoft.com, log in with the Microsoft account tied to your Gamertag, and click on the "Go to personal information" link at the top.
+ Will I still receive Xbox LIVE Rewards Points if I change my Windows Live ID/Microsoft account (email)?
A. Yes. Updating your Microsoft account (email) associated with your Gamertag will not impact your Xbox LIVE Rewards Points deposits. However, if you do make this change, you won’t be able to sign into the Xbox LIVE Rewards site with your old Microsoft account (email). No worries though! After 48 hours, you will need to re-register for the programme with the new Microsoft account (email). After four days you should be able to sign in with your new Microsoft account and view your MyRewards page.
+ Why can't I access my account information immediately after Registration?
A. While most users receive confirmation within 36 hours, in some rare circumstances it may take up to 96 hours for your account set up to complete. As soon as your information has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Don't worry – once you sign up we'll begin tracking your activity so that you can begin earning Rewards Points.
+ I'm having trouble logging in with my Microsoft account. What should I do?
A. If you've forgotten your password, simply go here and click the "forgot password" link, then follow the instructions provided. Once this process is completed, go back to the Xbox LIVE Rewards home page to log in. For further assistance with your account, visit the Microsoft Account Sign-In Help Center.
+ What types of communications should I expect to receive from Xbox for the Xbox LIVE Rewards programme?
A. As an Xbox LIVE Rewards member, you will receive a variety of emails, including registration confirmation notifications, monthly Rewards programme updates, special offers, and more. Please note that you may receive an email from XboxLiveRewards@eprizefulfillment.com on behalf of Xbox for updates. If you have not already done so, make sure your junk mail filters are set to receive emails from XboxLiveRewards@eprizefulfillment.com.
+ What if I want to participate in Xbox LIVE Rewards but I do not want to receive email communications?
A. Unfortunately, it's necessary to use email communication to inform members of the latest programme updates and offers, as well as to provide status updates of their accounts. To stop receiving emails, you will need to opt-out of the programme. You can do that by clicking here.
+ How do I remove myself from the Xbox LIVE Rewards programme?

Rewards

+ Are Xbox LIVE Rewards Points different than Microsoft Points?
A. No, there is no difference between Rewards Points and Microsoft Points. Once they are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account, Rewards Points can be used to purchase anything you would normally buy with your Microsoft Points on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
+ How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?
A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of 100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded summary.
+ Will my Xbox LIVE Rewards Points expire?
A. Rewards Points do expire, so be sure to use them! To view expiring Points in your Xbox LIVE account, go to the Billing and Account Management page, sign in with your Microsoft Account, and click Microsoft Points under Stored Credits. If you have Points that are expiring in the next 30 days, you can view them listed under View expiring points. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
+ How do I know how many Xbox LIVE Rewards Points have been earned, awarded, or deposited to my account?
A. First, log in to Xbox LIVE Rewards. Once you are on the MyRewards page, you will see your Total Rewards Points Earned listed beside your Avatar. This is a cumulative total of all the Points you've earned since becoming an Xbox LIVE Rewards member. On this page you will also find a summary of your Awarded, Pending, and Bonus Points. Awarded Points are Points that have been deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. Pending Points are Points you've earned and will be deposited once you earn 100 or more. Bonus Points are awarded through exclusive offers and promotions, like VIP Exclusives. Your monthly Rewards statement email will outline how many Points have been awarded and deposited, so be sure to keep your email up to date. You can also look for Rewards Points deposits in your Microsoft Billing Points activity area.
+ How long will it take for Rewards activity to show up as Pending?
A. Some activities will display as pending within 96 hours, but others, like special offers, won't show as Pending until the offer is over. When in doubt, check the FAQs or fine print found in the footer of the webpage that references the offer.
+ How do I redeem my Xbox LIVE Rewards Points?
A. Since Rewards Points are equivalent to Microsoft Points, you can redeem them directly at the Xbox LIVE Marketplace once they are deposited into your account. There are no restrictions on the items you can purchase with your Rewards Points, but make sure you use them before they expire.
+ I logged into the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and my Points balance seems wrong. What should I do?
A. First, remember that these are Rewards Points that have been earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards. This total does not include any Microsoft Points that have been purchased or spent under your Xbox LIVE account. Also consider that Rewards Points do not post instantly. If you still have questions, please contact us via the Forums so we can take a look at your account.

MyAchievements

+ What is MyAchievements?
A. MyAchievements is a component of the Xbox LIVE Rewards programme that is open to Gold members. It is just one of the many ways you can be rewarded for doing what you love. Within MyAchievements, members can unlock three levels of payback based on their Gamerscore - CONTENDER, CHAMPION, or LEGEND – and earn exciting rewards, such as rebates on purchases and a gift for your birthday. All you have to do is play your favorite Xbox 360 games and enjoy the benefits of being an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member.
+ What is the difference between Gamerscore and Achievement Points?
A. Your Gamerscore is a sum of your Achievements across all Xbox 360, Windows Phone 7, Windows 8 and Windows Live games. Achievements are earned by completing specific tasks within a game. To view details on your Achievements and your overall Gamerscore, visit Xbox.com or check your Xbox LIVE dashboard. Click here and watch "Xbox 101 – Gamerscore and Achievements" for more information.
+ How will I know which tier I qualify for?
A. MyAchievement tiers are awarded based upon your Gamerscore as of the first of any month in which you qualify. Remember to qualify, you must also be a Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member. A score of 3000 – 9999 will place you in the CONTENDER tier; 10000 – 24999 will place you in the CHAMPION tier; and 25000 and higher will place you in the LEGEND tier.
+ Do I have to get new Achievements and build up a new Gamerscore to be placed in a tier? How is my tier calculated?
A. No, you do not have to start from zero! Your current Gamerscore will be used to calculate your tier for the MyAchievements Programme. Gamerscores are cumulative and do not reset.
+ My Gamerscore is enough to qualify for a certain tier of MyAchievements, but the MyAchievements site still says I'm not eligible. Why?
A. MyAchievements tiers are unlocked once at the beginning of each month. To unlock a tier, you must be a current Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member on the first of any month. If you just enrolled into the Programme, you must wait until the following month to unlock the appropriate tier. Please see the MyAchievements Terms and Conditions for more details.
+ I was an Xbox LIVE Gold member and I was previously in a tier, but I'm not Gold anymore. What happens to my status?
A. If you are not a current Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member, you will not be eligible for the MyAchievements programme for the month. However, because your status is determined by your Gamerscore, you can always obtain a new Gold Membership and pick up right where you left off. Who knows – if your Gamerscore has grown, you might even find that you've advanced to the next tier.
+ I unlocked achievements on my Xbox 360, and my Gamerscore went up which should have qualified me for a higher tier in MyAchievements. However, the MyAchievements site still isn't updated. Why not?
A. You must connect to Xbox LIVE using the same Gamertag that you use for Xbox LIVE Rewards in order for your most recent achievements to synch with your account. Also, please note that MyAchievements tiers are only unlocked once at the beginning of each month, so you will want to synch a week before month’s end so that we have your current information.
+ What Xbox LIVE Marketplace purchases are eligible for the 1% or 2% Microsoft Points rebate?
A. Most Xbox LIVE Marketplace purchases qualify, including Games on Demand, Arcade Games, Films / TV Shows, Game Add-ons and Avatar items. However, the purchase or redemption of an Xbox LIVE Gold membership, Xbox Music Passes, Xbox Video TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points, do not qualify.
+ When will my 1% or 2% rebate be deposited into my Xbox LIVE account?
A. The refund will be calculated at the end of each month, and then awarded to your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th of the following month. Deposits of refunded Points will follow the Programme’s current Points deposit terms. For more information, please read the Terms & Conditions.
+ When will I be awarded my Birthday Gift?
A. If you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member with a Gamerscore of at least 3000 on the first day of the month during which your birthday occurs, you will receive a Birthday Gift from Xbox LIVE Rewards. You can expect to receive it via email early in the month in which your birthday falls. The birthday date we use to determine this is the one associated with your Xbox LIVE account.

Refer-a-Friend

+ What is Refer-a-Friend?
A. Refer-a-Friend is an Xbox LIVE Rewards programme available to Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold members in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, France, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Italy, Spain, Taiwan and Sweden. It allows members to earn Rewards Points for referring their friends to go Gold on Xbox LIVE and sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards!
+ Do I have to be an Xbox LIVE Rewards member to earn a Refer-a-Friend Reward?
A. You must be an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member to refer friends, and a member of Xbox LIVE Rewards to be eligible for the referral reward. If a friend has referred you, what you will want to do first is sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards. Following that, you can renew via the link in the referral email.
+ How many Rewards Points can I earn for referring friends?
A. While you can only refer up to 5 friends a day, there is no limit to the number of Rewards you can receive for successfully referring friends. A successful referral depends on the completion of a referred friend(s) upgrading to an Xbox LIVE Online Gold membership within 14 days of receiving the referral email and signing up for Xbox LIVE Rewards. Microsoft Points will be awarded once your referred friend(s) have been Gold for at least 30 days.
+ A friend referred me. How many Rewards can I earn for upgrading to an Xbox LIVE Gold membership?
A. You can only receive the Refer-a-Friend Reward for personally upgrading to a Gold membership one time. However, Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold members can earn unlimited Rewards for referring new friends.
+ I was referred by an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member and purchased an Xbox LIVE Online Gold membership. I'm also an Xbox LIVE Rewards member. When can I expect to receive my 400 Microsoft Points?
A. To receive the 400 Point Reward, you must upgrade your Xbox LIVE account to Gold online within 14 days of receiving the referral, retain your Gold membership for at least 30 days, and join Xbox LIVE Rewards. If you meet all these requirements, Points may take up to 45 days to be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account.
+ Why can't I refer some of my friends?
A. There are multiple reasons a friend may not be eligible for the Refer-a-Friend Reward. Your friend may already be an Xbox LIVE Gold member, or have recently acted on a referral and upgraded to Gold. Also, the Refer-a-Friend Reward may not be available in your friend's region. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full details.

Tune In, Cash Out Punchcard Offer

+ What is the Tune In, Cash Out Punchcard Offer?
A. From 8 May 2013 to 15 July 2013, Xbox LIVE Rewards members who purchase an HD movie or any TV Season Pass from Xbox Video will earn one punch. The movie or TV Season Pass must be equal to or greater than 1,000 Microsoft Points to qualify for a punch. Get five punches, and receive 1,000 Microsoft Points back!

+ How can I earn a Reward for PLAYING Arcade Games?
A. During the month of April, earn a punch per 5 hours of playing arcade games. Play a total of 20 hours of Arcade games under the Xbox LIVE account tied to your Rewards account and earn an exclusive Arcade Avatar item. The Avatar item will be fulfilled via email to all eligible members on or before 30 May 2013.
+ How can I earn a Reward for PURCHASING Arcade Games?
A. During the month of April, earn a punch for purchasing an Arcade game from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. The Arcade game must be equal to or greater than 400 Microsoft Points to qualify for a punch. Purchase a total of four Arcade games under the Xbox LIVE account tied to your Rewards account and earn a token for a 1-month Xbox LIVE Gold membership. The Xbox LIVE Gold memberships will be fulfilled via email to all eligible members on or before 30 May 2013.
+ How can I earn a Reward for SPENDING 800 Microsoft Points on Arcade Games?
A. During the month of April, earn a punch for spending 800 Microsoft Points on Arcade game(s) from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Spend a total of 3,200 Microsoft Points on Arcade games under the Xbox LIVE account tied to your Rewards account and earn 800 Microsoft Points back. If you qualify for this Punchcard, the Microsoft Points will be added directly to your Xbox LIVE account on or before 30 May 2013.

MyPunchcard

+ What is MyPunchcard?
A. MyPunchcard is a part of the Xbox LIVE Rewards program open to all members. Through MyPunchcard, Xbox LIVE Rewards members can get rewarded for performing a specific set of actions outlined in the Punchcard for each offer. Once all punches are earned on a specific Punchcard, get rewarded!
+ Who is eligible for MyPunchcard?
A. All Xbox LIVE Rewards members are eligible to participate in MyPunchcard. To start earning punches for completing specific actions, join Xbox LIVE Rewards now for free if you haven’t already: http://rewards.xbox.com.
+ How does MyPunchcard work?
A. Each Punchcard has a set amount of punches required in order to complete it. Once a specific action is completed and a punch is earned, it can take up to 96 hours for it to appear on the MyPunchcard page. Xbox LIVE Rewards members are only eligible to receive a Reward once all punches have been earned and the entire Punchcard is complete. There is a limit of one Reward per one completed Punchcard, unless otherwise noted.
+ Where can I find the available Punchcards?
A. To check out the available Punchcards, log into the Xbox LIVE Rewards site and visit the MyPunchcard page. The amount of available Punchcards each month will vary.
+ Do Punchcards expire?
A. Yes. Once a Punchcard expires, no further punches will be provided for actions completed after that date. Expiration dates for each Punchcard vary and are listed on the MyPunchcard page found here.
+ I completed a Punchcard! How do I claim my Reward?
A. If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

Double Points Offer

+ What is the Double Points Offer?
A. Between 1 May and 31 May 2013, renew your Gold subscription online and qualify for double Rewards Points. In order to qualify, you must be an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member at the time of your renewal AND the Xbox LIVE Gold membership must come into effect between 1 May 2013 00:01 UTC and 31 May 2013 23:59 UTC. Renewal to Xbox LIVE Free, Trial, and promotional Gold subscriptions are not eligible for the offer.
+ Who is eligible for the offer?
A. All Xbox LIVE Rewards members who are 13 years or older and are in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, and Sweden are eligible for the offer. Join now for free if you haven’t already: http://rewards.xbox.com. Renewals must take place after your enrollment.
+ How many Rewards Points will I get for my renewal in May?
A. If you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member and your Xbox LIVE Gold membership comes into effect during the month of May, you will be awarded the following:

VIP Exclusives

+ What are VIP Exclusives?
A. VIP Exclusives are special offers and rewards that are part of the Xbox LIVE Rewards program. To be eligible, all you have to do is become an Xbox LIVE Rewards Gold member and stay active on Xbox LIVE.
+ I should have been a VIP, but I never received my email. What should I do?
A. If you see a VIP Exclusive or other special offer on your MyRewards page Bonus section, but you haven't received the email, please contact us via one of the two ways featured at the bottom of this page. All VIP Exclusives and other special offers expire one year from the offer date.
